Detailed Product Description

Nankai Biotech Aflatoxin M1 Milk Rapid Test Kit is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of Aflatoxin M1 Residue in raw milk.

SAMPLE PREPARATION

－Open the incubator, and make it to the temperature of 50℃.

－Suck 0.1ml milk sample into a colloidal gold micro-well and then incubate for 5 mins.

－Dissolve the red substance fully by using small dropper.

－Put the test strip into the colloidal gold micro-well, and incubate 5 mins.

－Take out the test strip and read the result.

Notes: The result should be read within 3 minutes. Do not interpret results after 3 minutes.

READING RESULTS BY EYES

Aflatoxin M1 Milk Rapid Test Kit

NEGATIVE

The Test Line (T) is the same as or darker than the Control Line (C). It is negative.

POSITIVE

The Test Line (T) is lighter than the Control Line (C), or there is no Test Line. It is positive.

INVALID

INVALID: Reference Line fails to appear.

Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for an invalid result. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test Kit. Stop using the test kit immediately if the problem is not solved and contact your local distributor.
