Product Description
The Aflatoxin B1 Quantitative Rapid Test Solution is designed for fast screening of AFB1, one of the most critical and closely monitored mycotoxins in grain, feed, peanut, corn, nuts, oilseeds and agricultural raw materials.
Unlike total aflatoxin screening, which focuses on combined aflatoxin risk, this solution is developed for users who need more focused control of Aflatoxin B1, especially in commodities where AFB1 is used as a key safety indicator for acceptance, processing, feed use or export decisions.
The solution supports two result-reading options:
* Visual screening without instruments for fast field decisions
* Reader-assisted quantitative analysis for users who need numerical reference values, more objective interpretation and batch-level QC records
For grain processors, feed mills, peanut exporters, laboratories and farmers, the real risk is not only whether AFB1 can be detected — it is whether the risk is discovered before the whole batch loses value.
⸻
Main Application Focus
1. Corn & Peanut AFB1 Screening — Priority Application
Aflatoxin B1 risk is especially important in corn and peanut supply chains, where mold contamination can quickly affect batch value and market acceptance.
Suitable samples include:
* Corn / Maize
* Peanut / Groundnut
* Peanut meal
* Rice
* Wheat
* Barley
* Sorghum
* Oilseeds
* Tree nuts
* Feed raw materials
Best suited for:
* Corn processors
* Peanut processors
* Grain trading companies
* Feed mills
* Exporters
* Storage warehouses
* QC laboratories
* Farmers and cooperatives
Main value:
Screen AFB1 risk before storage, processing, feed formulation, export shipment or buyer acceptance.
⸻
2. Feed Safety & Raw Material Control
AFB1-contaminated feed ingredients may create downstream risks in animal production and food safety systems.
Suitable samples include:
* Corn-based feed materials
* Peanut meal
* Soybean meal
* Mixed feed ingredients
* Grain-based feed materials
* Raw material batches before formulation
Best suited for:
* Feed mills
* Poultry feed producers
* Swine feed producers
* Dairy feed suppliers
* Large farms
* Feed QC teams
Main value:
Identify high-risk AFB1 materials before they enter feed formulation.
⸻
3. Export & Laboratory Pre-Screening
AFB1 is often treated as a key marker in official and buyer-side mycotoxin control.
Suitable for:
* Corn export screening
* Peanut and nut export screening
* Feed raw material acceptance
* Importer batch pre-check
* Laboratory sample pre-screening
Main value:
Help users identify suspicious batches before official testing, buyer inspection or confirmatory laboratory analysis.
⸻
Why Aflatoxin B1 Screening Matters
For buyers, the real question is not only:
“Can we detect AFB1?”
but:
“Can we identify high-risk batches before they are mixed, processed, shipped or rejected?”
This solution helps users:
* Detect AFB1 risk earlier
* Avoid mixing contaminated and clean batches
* Reduce unnecessary laboratory workload
* Make faster raw material acceptance decisions
* Support feed safety and export quality control
* Choose visual screening or reader-assisted quantitative analysis based on QC needs
⸻
Compared with ELISA
ELISA is useful in laboratory workflows, but it usually requires instruments, trained operators, longer procedures and an ELISA reader.
Our Aflatoxin B1 Quantitative Rapid Test Solution is more practical for front-end screening because:
* Visual screening can be done without instruments
* No ELISA reader required for basic use
* Easier for farmers, traders and QC staff
* Faster for large-batch preliminary screening
* Reader-assisted quantitative analysis available for professional users
* Better suited for field, warehouse and factory intake decisions
It does not replace confirmatory laboratory testing.
It helps users decide which batches require further confirmation.

NEGATIVE:
The Test Line (T) is the same as or darker than the Control Line(C). It is negative.
POSITIVE:
The Test Line (T) is lighter than the Control Line(C),or there is no Test Line. It is positive.
INVALID:Reference Line Fails to appear
Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for an invalid result.
Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test kit. Stop using the test kit immediately if the problem
is not solved and contact your local distributor.
